Begin with the available width
The 50, 65 and 75 mm collection names refer to pillar diameter. In centimetres, these are 5, 6.5 and 7.5 cm. A narrower pillar may fit a compact setting, while a wider model gives a more substantial base. Neither width tells you the height, flame style or battery requirement.
Measure the usable opening of the holder. Include any rim, taper or decorative detail that reduces the space at the base. Compare that measurement with the full product dimensions and approve the fit with a sample.
Build the height combination deliberately
A stepped arrangement can use a consistent diameter with several heights. HJL-035, for example, is listed with a 7.5 cm diameter and heights of 6, 8.5, 11, 13.5, 16, 18.5 and 21 cm. Specify the selected height combination rather than ordering only by the family name.
For a dining table, compare the complete arrangement with the view across the table. For a shelf or mantel, check the clearance above the tallest piece and the spacing between neighbouring accessories.
Compare finish and flame style separately
Flat and slanted tops change the silhouette. Ribbed, drip-effect and glitter finishes change the surface appearance. Moving-flame and fairy-light models provide different light effects. A size match does not make two models equivalent.
Use the same holder and lighting conditions when reviewing samples. Photograph the approved combination for the buying record, including the model references, so the intended assortment stays clear.
Define the set and its packing
If several heights will be sold together, list every candle in the set and the number of sets required. Explain whether the pieces need a shared gift box or individual boxes.
Keep the carton planning in the same unit as the quotation. Confirm the final outer carton and volume after the retail set and protective packing have been agreed.
