Plan the arrangement before counting candles

Map the number of tables and the candle positions on each one. A repeated tealight arrangement needs a different purchasing list from a centrepiece made from three pillar heights. Separate ceremony, reception and welcome-table requirements so you can compare the quantities clearly.

For reusable décor, consider where each candle will be stored between events and how the batteries will be checked before the next setup. Ask for runtime information for the selected model and battery combination.

Compare the display at table height

Pillars create a substantial focal point; tapers add height with a narrower outline; tealights provide smaller accents around flowers and place settings. Measure the holders and leave enough space for service and guests' views across the table.

Review a lit sample with the intended holders and other décor. A still photograph cannot show the movement of an LED flame or how the light appears through a coloured or textured holder. Venue policies should be checked for the final arrangement.

Selection questions

Which LED candles work best for wedding centrepieces?

Use pillar candles when the arrangement needs a larger focal point, tapers for a slender vertical line and tealights for repeated small accents. The best combination depends on table space and holder fit.

Can I order a mixed wedding assortment?

Send the references and quantities for each size or style. Specify whether you need individual products, coordinated sets or a shared retail pack so the assortment can be quoted correctly.
